16GB iPod nano

I've tried to tell myself I don't need a new iPod, but here's the deal. My current video iPod, which I love and use daily, has become my home audio system. It sits on my credenza and is hooked up to my speakers. It's as portable as ever, but I like it there where it won't get forgotten or lost.

The new nano has FM radio, which is critical for listening to NPR at work since my employer does not allow any streaming media on our computers. Petty and tech-phobic, I know. Also, the nano is an appropriate size for the gym. When I strap my big iPod to my scrawny biceps, it looks like I'm a cyborg.
