This is published only in hardcover. At bookstores I've found it shelved with essays or general non-fiction. Sometimes it comes shrink-wrapped to protect the multi-layered book jackets.
The list price is $24, but I found it on Amazon for $16.32 (plus shipping, which is free with orders of $25 or more.)
